Catalysts dont need cap boosters, they cannot sustain a proper armor tank so you mainly end up speed tanking. With no cap modules I never had cap issues on my catalyst. Can also EASILY run 7 125 rails on one, but 7 gun dests devour ammo rapidly. ...
